In 2010 I received a tennis scholarship at the California University of Pennsylvania in the USA. 3 hours of tennis training and 1.5 hours of fitness training were part of the daily program during my studies. On the weekends there were mostly competitions in the different eastern states of America. It was an exhausting but also a great experience: My tennis game improved more and more and in a short time I had moved up from position 4 to position 1 within the team. I was number 3 in the women's singles throughout the USA in Division II. I played my best tennis at that time and had a lot of experience as a tennis player. My former tennis coach and my fitness trainer at the University of Pennsylvania attached great importance to an intensive and conditionally extensive training as well as to a psychological strengthening, motivating training. I take all these experiences and working methods of the American sports coaches with me as an athlete, trainer and pedagogue.
