Working as a tennis trainer and as a sports teacher at grammar schools helps me to gain valuable pedagogical and methodical experience. As a regional league player I have a lot of match experience. In addition, I am licensed as a DTB-B tennis trainer and DFAV-B fitness trainer..


As a personal tennis trainer, I offer high-quality tennis training for all performance classes and goals. I focus on the stroke technique, the mental and tactical playing behaviour and the specific tennis condition.


As a personal fitness trainer, I develop individual training units that are tailored to individual sports skills and personal goals. The focus is on different physical conditions such as strength, endurance and coordination, depending on the objective. To achieve the individual goals, a good, balanced sports diet is relevant and, as a competitive athlete, is available for advice.
